Tradely Premium subscriptions are sold by the company above. References to “we”, “us”, or “Tradely” mean QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL. This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. What Premium Includes

Tradely Premium is a digital subscription that includes: up to 9 listing photos (free tier: 1); Discover visibility within 15 km for your listing (free tier: about 5 km); preferred ranking in Discover for your listing and for any job offer you post; and access to the listing analytics dashboard. Checkout requires an active provider listing.

3. Pricing

Premium is offered at EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 39.99 per year, as shown in the app before you proceed to Stripe Checkout. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is by card through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

4. Free Trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 30-day free trial on their first Premium subscription for their Tradely account. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for that trial period. After a trial has been used for an account, later checkouts on that account do not receive another trial. The free trial does not change the no-refunds rule for paid periods after the trial ends.

5. No Refunds

All Premium payments made through Tradely are final and non-refundable, except where we choose to issue a discretionary refund as described below. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

6. Immediate Access and EU Right of Withdrawal

Tradely Premium is a digital service that grants immediate access upon payment (or upon starting a trial that converts to a paid plan). In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate access and accepting the terms presented at Stripe Checkout — including acknowledgement that you waive the 14-day cooling-off period — you waive your right of withdrawal for that purchase.

7. Premium Cancellation

You may cancel Premium at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account. Upon cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and your account will revert to the free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

If you delete your Tradely account while your subscription is active, trialing, past due, or unpaid, we schedule the Stripe subscription to cancel at the end of the current period. Account deletion does not by itself trigger a refund. Your Firestore subscription linkage record and related Stripe customer records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Your Firebase Authentication identity is not deleted by account deletion.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over several days. If payment cannot be collected your Premium access will be deactivated. You may subscribe again at any time (subject to listing and trial eligibility rules).

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our end. To report such an issue, contact QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL at tradely.support@gmail.com. Upon verification, any approved refund will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Romania.

11. Contact and EU Consumer Disputes

For questions regarding this policy, contact QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL at tradely.support@gmail.com.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute-resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body, but we will review legitimate complaints sent to our support email.
