Tradely is operated by the company above. References to “we”, “us”, or “Tradely” mean QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL.
By accessing or using Tradely you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tradely is a location-based platform connecting clients with local service providers. Providers can publish a listing and appear on the map. Clients can discover providers, save contacts, block users, post job offers, and reach out directly. We offer a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional photo slots, wider Discover visibility, ranking preference, and listing analytics.
In Discover, nearby search fetches users within a 15 km radius of your location. How results are shown depends on content type:
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradely. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. You must sign in with a valid Google, Apple, or email account to create a Tradely profile and use signed-in features. You may browse nearby results with a temporary anonymous session that does not create a user profile. Browse-only location is used only to center the map and query nearby results; it is not published to other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If you delete your Tradely account, we remove your user profile and related content as described in our Privacy Policy. Your Firebase Authentication identity (Google, Apple, or email sign-in) is not deleted by Tradely; you remain responsible for that provider account. Google, Apple, and email sign-ins are separate Tradely accounts when they use different Firebase user IDs. Active Premium subscriptions are scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period.
Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including profession, services, details, address, website, working hours, contact visibility, photos, and tags. Tradely does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any provider on the platform. Providers must not misrepresent their qualifications, credentials, or services.
Clients are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any provider before engaging their services. Clients who post job offers must provide accurate information and valid contact details. Tradely is not a party to any transaction or agreement between users.
Reviews submitted on Tradely must be honest and based on genuine interactions. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms. When you delete your account, reviews written about you are deleted with your account data. Reviews you wrote on other users' listings are not removed by account deletion.
You may report photos or review content that you believe violates these terms. By submitting a report you confirm it is made in good faith. Reports are stored on the reported content (as your user identifier and reason) for abuse prevention while that content remains. Deleting your account removes your own report history from your profile; identifiers already recorded on other users’ content may remain until that content is deleted.
By uploading photos to your listing you confirm you hold the rights to that content and grant Tradely a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Photos are stored as WebP files. Free accounts may upload 1 photo; Premium accounts may upload up to 9. Each photo must be at most about 1 MB after processing. Photos are deleted when you remove them or when your account or listing is deleted.
Job offers posted in Discover are visible to nearby users within the full search radius (15 km) for a limited time. When you create an offer you choose a lifespan of 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month; the offer then expires automatically. You may edit or delete your active job offer at any time. Editing an offer does not reset its expiry time. Lifespan cannot be changed after creation.
The map location shown for a signed-in account is the location we last received while location tracking is enabled and you have an active listing or job offer with visibility on — nearby users can see that shared map pin. Browse-only (anonymous) sessions never publish a map location to other users. Creating a job offer uses your current location. Editing an offer’s text fields does not itself change that location, but if location tracking remains enabled while you have an active listing or job offer, your shared location may continue to update as you move.
Premium is billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the prices shown in the app before checkout (currently EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 39.99 per year; the final price is confirmed at Stripe Checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Checkout requires an active provider listing. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 30-day free trial on their first Premium subscription for their Tradely account; later Premium subscriptions on the same account do not receive another trial. All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. By subscribing you request immediate access to digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as confirmed when you accept the terms at Stripe Checkout.
When Premium ends, your account reverts to the free tier: Discover visibility for your listing narrows to about 5 km, ranking preference and the analytics dashboard are removed, and other users see at most one gallery photo even if more remain stored on your account.
While you have an active listing, interaction counts are recorded server-side for listing views, contact opens, gallery opens, profile saves, and website visits — regardless of whether you are on Free or Premium. Profile saves increment when another user saves your listing. Job-offer view counts are stored separately on the active job offer. The in-app analytics dashboard is a Premium feature: free accounts may see recorded metrics behind an upgrade prompt; unrestricted access to the dashboard requires Premium.
You may save provider contacts, block users, submit reviews, and submit content reports, subject to platform limits (currently up to 100 saved contacts, 100 blocked users, 100 reviewed providers, and 100 reported users per account). Blocking is intended to reduce unwanted interactions; it does not guarantee complete isolation from all platform surfaces.
To protect platform stability and prevent abuse, operations are subject to daily rate limits. Exceeding these limits may temporarily restrict certain actions. Attempting to circumvent rate limits is a violation of these terms. Daily rate-limit counters for your account are retained after you delete your Tradely account. Anonymous browse sessions use separate temporary counters that are cleared when that anonymous authentication session ends.
You agree not to use Tradely to: post false, misleading or fraudulent information; misrepresent your credentials or qualifications; harass, abuse or harm other users; submit fake or malicious reports or reviews; attempt to circumvent any technical measures including rate limits; scrape, crawl or automate requests to the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code on Tradely is owned by or licensed to QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
Tradely is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings or job offers, or the quality of services rendered by providers. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUANT MAEDICA LIFE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any interactions with other users.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute-resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body, but we will review legitimate complaints sent to our support email.
